Absence Policy<\/h2>\n <\/header>\n\n

To reschedule a class, please notify the administration at least 24 hours in advance<\/strong>;<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • For a private<\/strong> course, you may reschedule one class per ten hours<\/strong>. For example, for a 20-hour course, you may reschedule 2 hours for the duration of the contract;<\/li>\n
  • No rescheduling is possible for group activities<\/strong> (language courses, daycare workshops, summer camp);<\/li>\n
  • If you notify Centre Libellule under the 24 hours mark<\/strong> (e.g. the same day), you will have to pay for the missed class<\/strong> and there will be no rescheduling<\/strong> possible;<\/li>\n
  • If the teacher is absent, the class will be rescheduled at no charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

    Cancellation before the beginning of the course:<\/h3>\n

     <\/p>\n

    • You must contact Centre Libellule's administration directly within a reasonable period of time (minimum 24 hours in advance<\/strong>) so that we can contact the teacher;<\/li>\n
    • If you have already paid (in part or in full), you will be refunded within a maximum of 10 working days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Cancellation after the beginning of the course:<\/h3>\n

      If you have started your classes, training or activities, you must pay for<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

      • The services<\/strong> you have already received<\/strong> and a penalty<\/strong> equal to the lesser of 50$\u00a0or 10% of the price of the services you have not yet received;<\/strong><\/li>\n
